What is the return policy?
We currently only accept returns/exchanges for damaged items. Mistakes happen, and sometimes something slips through our quality checks! If any items in your order come damaged please contact us and we will replace it for you!
As a small business we can't accept size exchanges, please make sure to properly measure yourself before ordering.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Please note that items listed as shipping directly from our manufacturer are made to order, meaning the processing & shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured from reputable factories in China. We use multiple factories for different product needs, but make sure every one has ethical work and labor laws, specifically looking for factories with certifications such as BSCI and Sedex.
When will my preorder item ship?
Preorders take 2-4 months to be manufactured and shipped to us before we can ship them out to you.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to almost all countries. Due to new regulations in the EU, we can no longer ship to countries in the EU. Please contact your local government about exempting small businesses from EU EPR & PPWR regulations!
