Shipping policy

SHIPPING: Orders ship from 2 fulfillment centers in China or the USA depending on which items are purchased. Fulfillments from USA take 5 days - 2 weeks for processing and shipments. Fulfillments from centers in China can take 2-4 weeks for processing and shipments. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
If you order a mix of items from both fulfillment centers, your orders will be shipped separately, and you will receive tracking for both! 
All orders ship from the Citrus Dollette base in the USA, unless stated the item ships directly from the manufacturer in the item description.
